Making a Complex SaaS Product Easier to Understand
ExpoWizard helps sales teams capture prospect information at events, reduce manual data entry, and follow up with leads more efficiently. Its platform brings together AI-powered data capture, transcription, CRM integrations, and automated follow-up in one workflow.
The challenge was to translate these capabilities into a marketing website that potential customers could understand quickly. Rather than simply listing features, the website needed to explain what ExpoWizard does, how it fits into a sales team’s workflow, and why it might be worth trying.
I worked on the project through Artoria Media, where I was responsible for the website design and development.
The Approach
Building a Clear Path Through the Product
With several features and integrations to communicate, the order in which information appears matters. Visitors need to understand the core value before being asked to evaluate individual capabilities.
I structured the website around a natural progression:
Establish the value: Introduce ExpoWizard and the problem it helps sales teams address.
Explain the product: Make its purpose and place in the sales workflow easier to understand.
Explore the capabilities: Present its features and integrations in a more digestible structure.
Support the decision: Give visitors access to pricing information and clear next steps toward starting a trial.
This approach helped organize the product’s breadth of functionality without forcing visitors to process everything at once.
Design & Development
I developed the website in WordPress using Avada, implementing the layouts and adapting the experience for desktop and mobile screens. Throughout the build, the focus was on maintaining consistency between the design and the finished website while keeping the product information easy to navigate.
The Result
The finished website gives ExpoWizard a dedicated platform to communicate its value proposition, explain its capabilities, present integrations and pricing, and guide prospective customers toward starting a trial.
The project brought together product communication, website design, and WordPress development to present a complex B2B SaaS offering through a clearer, more structured marketing experience.
